When making online ticket purchases, all financial data is collected by PayPal. County Connection recommends that you read the privacy policy of PayPal by visiting County Connection has access to PayPal reporting, but only the information necessary to fulfill the fare instrument purchase, including the purchaser’s name, address, email address, telephone number (if provided) and the fare instrument purchased.

When you submit comments, feedback or service inquires, the personal information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, street address, or any other information contained in your submittal.

Aggregated Information

County Connection receives information about general activity on the Site. This does not include personal identifying information, but does include information on Site usage, such as how many times the Site is visited, what pages are viewed, how much time viewers spend on the Site, and web browsers used by visitors. This information is gathered and compiled into an aggregated form for statistical analysis and reporting. These reports track Site activity overall, rather than on a individual level.

Because aggregated information does not contain personal identifying information, we cannot use aggregated information to identify you. How do we use your personal information?

Personal information, voluntarily provided, is used to fulfill your fare instrument purchase. Comments, feedback or service inquiries that you provide may be used for the purpose of improving service and raising awareness of our service. County Connection does not share, sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone, or disclose personal information except as otherwise permissible or required by law.
