Will the Route 4 Free Trolley also operate a weekend service schedule on Friday, Dec. 24 and 31? I had understood the FREE RIDE would operate with no extended weekday service on Dec. 24 and weekday service extended until 10:00 PM on Dec. 31. This needs clarification because I believe Elizabeth Nardi also got this wrong in the Contra Costa Times.

Rt. 4 service will not be extended on the 24th. Rt. 4 will operate on a Sat. schedule like everything else that day. However, on Dec. 31, they will operate later, with the last bus leaving broadway plaza at 10:00.

Dennis Cuff’s article in the CCTimes, pg A1, continued pg A11 incorrectly indicates all CCCTA service “normal” on Friday & “weekend” on Saturday. Do you want to submit a correction for tomorrow’s Times?

What will be the bus schedule on the 4 th of July 2014. I amlooking at going from Walnut Creek BART to San Ramon or Dublin BART to San Ramon?

Sorry, but County Connection does not operate any service on 4th of July. I don’t know of any other public services that run between the locations you list. You may need to consider a cab. Here is our holiday service schedule. https://cccta.wpengine.com/about/recognized-holidays/
