County Connection Riders Do It Again In April

GoGreen_1200x1200_3As County Connection ridership grows, our passengers are improving the quality of air we breathe each day. In April, the people riding County Connection buses reduced CO2 emissions by 30,600 pounds every weekday.

Each person can make a difference. With the system average trip length (one way) of 5 miles, each person who leaves their car at home and uses the bus will reduce CO2 emissions by 4.6 pounds. One person – one day a week – can make a difference.

Give us a try! It’s easy…download the free mobile app from our home page to get real time arrival predictions for buses near you. Or sign up to get arrival alerts by text or email message through Bus Tracker – also accessible on the home page.

  • The recently revised “BART Transit Connections” brochure, dated April, 2015, has numerous errors on CCCTA Bus Route Maps, page 13. The routes for Routes 2,4,5,7 and 98X are out of date, and the location of the WC Farmers’ Market is wrong.

    • Thank you. We used to be notified when they were reprinting and given the opportunity to submit changes. Frustrating!!! I’ll go find one, mark it up, and forward to someone in the marketing department.

      • Is CCCTA participating in National Dump-the-Pump Day today? If not, Why? Pope Francis’ encyclical on human-caused Climate Change is also today. I won’t be able to attend this morning’s Board of Directors Meeting, but these things should be announced.
