Our Customer Service Shines – County Connection

Our Customer Service Shines

In this day of automation, we’re used to having instant information available at our fingertips. And here at County Connection, we do. Our user friendly website, Bus Tracker bus tracking system, and our free downloadable mobile app mean you can get the information you need, when you need it.

Sometimes, however, you might need a little more personal assistance. That’s where County Connection’s Customer Service Representatives step in. Our information center is staffed with live telephone operators. No phone menus to navigate, no numbers to push. At County Connection you’ll find real live people on the other end of the line. We answer 84% of our calls within :30, so time on hold is minimal.

We’re here to help you. Our information center is open Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Automation is great, but nothing beats quality customer service. Give us a call at 676-7500.

  • I wish to express my appreciation of the CCCTA customer service people. They have uniformly been helpful, respectful, and accurate.

      • Hi Ms. Burdick – I stopped by at the County Connection headquarters, at 12:15 PM last Tuesday, in response to your voicemail intended for me, and sure enough, my keys were there, probably left it on either the #15, #14, #20 or #4 route sometime last Wednesday. Major props to either the driver or Good Samaritan passenger, who noticed that critically lost item.

        • Your very much welcome. We’re always happy when we can return left items to their owners!!

  • I lost a set of keys last Wednesday, including one for me to open my mailbox at The Keys condo in Walnut Creek, two silver ones, which says ACE and 5 and the rest about a half-dozen gold-colored. If you find them in your office (Arnold Industrial ?), please let me know immediately, and I will go over the particular place of where your lost and found is located. Thanks.

    • Last Wednesday, I lost a set of keys including two silver-colored ones (ACE and 5), one for opening my mailbox at my place of residence, The Keys, in Walnut Creek and about a half-dozen gold-colored ones.

If they are in the Lost and Found office waiting to be retrieved, please let me know immediately, at 408-500-5615. Thank you for your understanding.

      • So far we haven’t found any keys, but we’ll continue to watch for them. Sometimes they end up in the smallest space. What bus route do you think you lost them on. Maybe that can help us pinpoint which bus to scour.
