On page A3 of todays Contra Costa Times, it correctly states that CCCTA has regular, nonschool day service. It also says that BART, AC Transit, Tri Delta Transit, and Wheels have weekend or limited service.
Why is CCCTA the only agency providing regular service while adjacent transit agencies are providing reduced service?

this is a holiday where traditionally there has been a high demand for commute service which is not the case with other recognized holidays.

The other agencies don’t seem to agree with CCCTA experience.

Though this comment is late, I do have to say having a regular schedule on some holidays in the CCTA system is what makes County Connection a better system within this county. I do also enjoy a high rate of on time & efficiency of this company.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. I’ll take them no matter how late they are! I know I’m biased, but I feel like we have a great group of dedicated people here who take pride in what they do.
            Mary
