Several Bus Schedules Change On June 12, 2011

Several bus routes in the County Connection system will undergo changes effective Sunday, June 12, 2011. New schedules are available now by contacting Customer Service at 925-676-7500. New schedules will be available at BART stations, City Offices, libraries, and hospitals beginning June 8th, and will be posted on the agency website, www.cccta.org June 10th. For immediate schedule information, please call Customer Service at 676-7600.

Changes To Weekday Schedules

  • Route 19

Trip leaving Amtrak at 6:05 a.m. is adjusted, resulting in earlier departures to several time points of up to 5 minutes 

Trip leaving Concord BART at 7:05 a.m.is adjusted to leave at 7:10 a.m.

  • Route 93X

Trips leaving Hillcrest Park ‘n Ride at 5:47 a.m. and 6:26 a.m. will adjust to arrive at Walnut Creek BART at 7:00 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. respectively. No time points will change on either trip

  • Route 96X

One morning trip added leaving Walnut Creek BART at 7:05 a.m., and leaving the San Ramon Transit Center at 7:32 a.m.

 Changes to 600 Series Routes

  • Route 627 and 649 will run as presently scheduled
  • All school day trips have been removed

Changes to Weekend Routes

  • Route 4

All Saturday and Sunday trips have been shifted 10 minutes later to better coordinate with BART

  • what is the bus number to take from stoneridge mall to the dublin library, include transfer if any. thank you for your reply.

    • You need to get a Wheels bus. I’ll call my counterpart with that organization and get back to you.

  • i would like you to make the weekend routes to be available for
    the people from walnut creek trying to get to dublin bart. also
    would like to see the buses running more often, so the buses
    aren’t so crowded.

    • Good morning. At present we have no plans or funds to increase service on either weekdays or weekends. It is doubtful at this point that weekend service from Walnut Creek to Dublin BART will be restored. This segment of the Rt. 21 (now the 321 on weekends) was removed due to lack of ridership. However, I’ll pass your comments on the director of planning for future consideration.
