The Clipper terminal at the County Connection main office at 2477 Arnold Industrial Way in Concord is temporarily out of service. Technicians are on site and hope to have the problem resolved by the end of the day. Please call 676-7500 before coming to this office.
This will primarily affect those wishing to get a Senior or Youth Clipper Card, since these can be obtained only at a transit agency. To get an adult Clipper Card, or to add value or transit passes to an existing card, Walgreens and Whole Foods are retailers in Central Contra Costa that can assist.
