  7. Cap and Trade Grant (LCTOP) – FY 2021-22*
    (Staff recommends that the A&F Committee forward the proposed LCTOP project funding allocation to the Board of Directors for approval. The additional year for subsidized fares on Routes 11, 14, and 16 will cover FY 22-23.)

  9. Approval of Legal Services Statement, December 2021 General and December 2021 Labor**
