      1. Adoption of a Revised Pension Funding Framework, Including the Adoption of the Public Agencies Post-Employment Benefits Trust Administered by PARS*
         Resolution No. 2023-027*
         (The A&F Committee recommends that the Board adopt a revised pension funding framework, establish a trust fund for retiree pension benefits, and select a trust administrator and investment manager for the trust fund.)
   2. Marketing, Planning & Legislative Committee
      1. Draft 2023 County Connection Federal Advocacy Program*
         (The MP&L Committee and staff will recommend that the Board of Directors adopt the Draft 2023 Federal Advocacy Program and authorize the MP&L Committee to provide final approval in March.)
      2. Regional Fare Transfer Policy – Information Only*
         (Staff will provide an update on the proposed regional inter‐agency transfer discount policy.)
