   1. Presentation of a proclamation honoring the Schroder family for their dedication to County Connection and public transportation in Contra Costa County
   2. Invitation to attend the unveiling of the renaming of the County Connection Administration Building
6. Report of General Manager
   Under this item, the General Manager will report on matters of relevance to CCCTA including, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
   1. MTC Transportation Revenue Update

   1. Marketing, Planning & Legislation Committee
      1. Pass2Class Report– Information Only*
         (Staff will provide an update on the Pass2Class program.)
   2. Operations & Scheduling Committee
      1. Monument Free Program Update – Information Only *
         (Staff will provide ridership update on the Monument Free Program.)
      2. Choice in Aging MOU Extension*
         Resolution No. 2025-17*
         (The O&S Committee and Staff request adoption of Resolution No. 2025-017, authorizing the General Manager to enter a new one-year MOU enabling County Connection to reimburse CiA for their SilverRide trip costs.)
      3. Spring Bid Update – Information Only*
         (Staff will provide an update on the upcoming service changes.)
      4. Approval of Revised Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP)*
         Resolution No. 2025-16*
         (The O&S Committee and Staff request adoption of Resolution No. 2025-016, authorizing the General Manager to approve the revised Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan.)
