RFP for Financial Management Software

The Central Contra Costa Transit Authority (County Connection) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and interested organizations for the implementation of an accounting software application that will record the Authority’s financial activity and examine its financial position, as described in Section 2, “System Requirements” of this Request For Proposals (RFP).   The term of this contract will be three (3) years. A copy of the RFP can be downloaded below.

Listed below is the anticipated solicitation schedule—all dates are subject to revision at County Connection’s sole discretion:

  • Issuance of RFP – Friday, December 22, 2023
  • Questions/Requests for Clarification Due – Wednesday, January 3, 2024
  • Response to Questions/Requests for Clarification – Monday, January 8, 2024
  • Proposals Due – Monday, January 15, 2024
