Log rides! Win prizes!
During Youth Ride Free (June 1-July 31, 2025), log your rides on our leaderboard and win prizes each week! The Youth Ride Free promotion goes for nine weeks and each week we’ll draw 10 winners (drawings each Monday). Here’s how it works:
- 10 Winners Each Week:
- Top Tier: Five winners who have logged at least three trips on County Connection are eligible to win one of the top tier prizes. Top tier prizes include gift cards and County Connection merch. Those who were not selected are put in drawing for a second tier prize.
- Second Tier: Five winners who have logged at least one trip on County Connection, are eligible to win a County Connection handkerchief and a Youth Ride Free sticker 4-pack.
Winners will be drawn at random and only trips logged Sunday-Saturday will count toward the logged rides. (For example, we will look at trips logged from June 1-7, then pull winners on Monday, June 9.) Log as many trips as you can—you can win more than once! Plus, each month, we’ll draw one winner of the month of participants who have logged the most rides for June and July.
What are the prizes?
Top Five Prizes
- Limited edition County Connection baseball hat, features large, embroidered Mt. Diablo logo and the County Connection wordmark across the back. Breathable mesh cap, with adjustable strap.
- Limited edition County Connection beanie, in three colors; camel, red, and gray. Features embroidered County Connection patch on the brim.
- Fandango Gift Cards, good for movie admissions and maybe something at the concession stand wherever Fandango tickets are available.
- Dutch Bros. Gift Cards, good any Dutch Bros. location.
- County Connection custom handkerchief, featuring an illustration of our Gillig bus. 100% cotton.
Other Prizes
- Youth Ride Free Sticker 4-pack: Pool Blue, Lemon, Watermelon, and SFP White
- Monthly Grand Prize: Those who log the most trips each month will be eligible to win a grand prize pack that includes a limited edition County Connection baseball hat, limited edition County Connection beanie, Fandango $40 gift card, and Dutch Bros. $20 gift card, plus extras.
Receiving Prizes
In order to mail your prize, staff will contact you via email. We can mail your prize to you or you may pick up your prize at our offices at 2477 Arnold Industrial Way, Concord, CA 94520. If you choose to have your prize mailed to you, staff will only use your mailing address for the purpose of mailing out your prize. Your mailing address will not be kept on file or used for any other purpose.
