    2. County Service Area (CSA-T1) Contract Amendment*
      (The A&F Committee and staff asks the Board to approve a minor amendment to CCCTA’s service agreement with the County for the Alamo Creek Shuttle.)
    3. Security Guard Services Contract*
      Resolution No. 2021-015*

      (The O&S Committee and staff recommend that the Board adopt Resolution No. 2021-015 authorizing the General Manager to enter into an agreement with Guardian Security Agency for an initial 3 year contract for security guard services in an amount not to exceed $306,559.68 over the 3 year base period.)

      (The General Manager will report on potential efforts to increase coordination between County Connection and LAVTA.)

      (Staff will report on any pertinent updates to the Board on the effects of COVID-19 and County Connection.)

      1. Income Statements for the Three Months Ended September 30, 2020 and Revenue Update for Fiscal Year 2021* (Information Only)
        (Staff will give a brief PowerPoint presentation to highlight how COVID-19 and the related economic trends have impacted County Connection’s financial situation.)
      2. Fiscal Year 2020 Financial Audit*
        (The A&F Committee recommend that the Board approve the FY 2020 audit report prepared by Brown Armstrong Accountancy Corporation.)
    2. Marketing, Planning & Legislative Committee
      1. Potential State Legislation on Bay Area Transit Governance or Coordination*
        (The MP&L Committee & staff seek Board feedback, questions, and suggestions on the approaches outlined above. We further ask that those of you who are able, please participate in meetings with our state legislative delegation that are to be remotely scheduled over the next few weeks.)
